Guiding Principles
Kitchen Steering Committee members cook chicken soup.
All volunteers are welcome. Over 5,000 hours from over 100 volunteers allow St. Ann's Kitchen to provide meals every Friday. Without these people, the Kitchen would not exist.
There are four Principles that guide all decisions at the Kitchen
All Are Welcome: We serve anyone who comes for a meal. No questions asked or judgments made about need.
All Adult Volunteers Are Welcome: Everyone must be over 18.
All Donations, Except Clothing, Are Accepted: We use or redirect Kitchen donations.
Volunteers and Guests Are Equally Blessed: We exist to serve the poor and others who visit us. We are aware that by serving, we are blessed by those we serve.
